Iris Telehealth

Telling a more human story behind industry-leading behavioral health solutions

The client

Because behavioral health needs can surface at any point of care, Iris Telehealth partners with healthcare organizations to strengthen care delivery by making behavioral health support more accessible, connected, and sustainable for the communities they serve.

The challenge

Iris had grown beyond its origins as a telehealth staffing provider into a mission-driven behavioral health solutions partner, but its messaging still leaned technical and service-based. As the company and its offerings evolved, it became critical to re-center Iris’s purpose in the market with a human-centered narrative that connected its work to the real challenges facing patients, families, providers, and care teams.

The solution

RUMOR developed a comprehensive brand and messaging strategy that repositioned Iris as a transformational behavioral health solutions partner. We introduced a human-centered storytelling approach, clarified their solution architecture, and built a messaging framework that clearly connects the Iris brand to real-world use cases.

Grounded in the brand’s north star, “People over all else,” the system puts people at the center of every solution. This foundation extended across a refreshed visual identity, redesigned website, and marketing materials that make each solution tangible and relatable. The result is a more connected, confident brand that clearly communicates both what Iris does and why it matters.
