Iris Telehealth

Helping Iris Telehealth tell a more human, connected story.

The client

Iris Telehealth partners with healthcare organizations to make behavioral health care more accessible, connected, and sustainable. Through clinically led telehealth services and integrated support, they help organizations strengthen care delivery across the communities they serve.

The challenge

Iris needed to communicate their story with more clarity and consistency. Their existing messaging felt fragmented, making it harder to quickly understand who they are, what they offer, and the full scope and impact of their work.

The solution

RUMOR helped Iris clarify their story through a more human, outcomes-focused messaging strategy that positioned them as more than a staffing vendor.

From there, we refreshed the visual identity to feel warmer, more modern, and more connected to the people at the heart of Iris’s work. The new brand came to life through a redesigned website experience and event assets that gave Iris a polished, cohesive presence across key touchpoints.

What began as a messaging challenge became a complete brand evolution, helping Iris show up with more clarity, confidence, and connection.
