The Problem

When RUMOR first partnered with Jean Brown Research, we found that their website was not aligning with the goals of their business or providing the experience their target audience needed. It was essential to create a website and digital marketing plan that would generate qualified leads, improve lead conversion rates, and increase brand awareness.

The Process

In JBR’s Google Ads account, we created tighter themed campaigns and ad groups based on keywords that targeted the subject of each individual clinical trial.

We took advantage of Facebook’s advanced targeting capabilities. We started by building high-quality custom retargeting audiences, this was a crucial first step in creating solid performance-driven lookalike audiences. By starting with remarketing lists we were able to narrow down our targeting to the most valuable, high-intent leads.

As we’ve continued to gather data over the last 3 years, we’ve been able to scale our lookalike audiences to even greater heights.

The Solution

After one year of RUMOR taking over JBR’s paid digital campaigns, we increased total paid search conversions by 70%, improved the number of leads from social media ads by 87%, and increased the number of total calls from ads by 91%.
