We’re seeking a talented and experienced Content Creation Specialist to join our team. Candidates must have in-depth experience with social media content creation and understand its importance and role within successful brand management. You must demonstrate strong conceptual abilities, long and short-term understanding of strategy, and be able to consistently generate creative ideas. All that said, we like to keep a pretty fun, laid back, but hard-working atmosphere here at RUMOR. We are looking for someone who not only specializes in social media, but is a good fit for our team.

What you’ll do:

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic marketing objectives and establish KPIs with clients
  • Daily optimization of Google, Facebook, Instagram and other social platform campaigns
  • Create, implement, track, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns daily to assure campaign performance aligns with client goals
  • Communicate and report ad campaign performance regularly to ensure fulfillment of agreed upon strategies and contracts with clients
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance reports
  • Collaborate across integrated media, web development, and creative teams to ensure campaign strategy is executed across all mediums accurately, manage campaign tracking and creative assets
  • Identify trends and insights and provide recommendations based on findings
  • Assist with new business proposals regarding digital ad campaign capabilities Develop and maintain positive client relationships


  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns for a variety of clients
  • Demonstrated proficiency in paid media platforms including Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and other various social media platforms
  • Ability to drive paid search and paid social strategies for both B2B and B2C – optimizing unique KPIs, maintaining budgets, and driving bottom-line results
  • Proven organizational, project, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
