Laying Tracks for Season Passes

Over the past five years partnering with Brighton Ski Resort—one of Utah’s premier local hotspots—the main thrust of each campaign has been focused on promoting season pass sales during the early pre-season months. In spite of tight budget constraints and snow-less off seasons that make producing marketing materials challenging, RUMOR continually exceeds expectations, both in the creative execution and the ticket sales success.

To better facilitate ticket sales online, as well as enhance user experience both at the desktop or on the mountaintop, a complete redesign of was engineered from the ground up, including an e-commerce system and custom weather data feed. By evaluating relevant content and actions by users on desktop and mobile, we were able to create a unique user interface with all “on-the-go” actions one click away for the mobile user. This simplified process contributed to 70% higher online sales conversion.
