To better facilitate ticket sales online, as well as enhance user experience both at the desktop or on the mountaintop, a complete redesign of brightonresort.com was engineered from the ground up, including an e-commerce system and custom weather data feed. By evaluating relevant content and actions by users on desktop and mobile, we were able to create a unique user interface with all “on-the-go” actions one click away for the mobile user. This simplified process contributed to 70% higher online sales conversion.
