It's hard to keep a secret, especially the way people talk. It's true. After over ten years as a leader in innovative graphic design and interactive services, Hally O'Toole Design has changed it's name to RUMOR.

The name change is set to better reflect the new energy and growth of the company. "A rumor is the most powerful form of communication," says Shane O'Toole, the company's founder. "It starts out with a thought, a quick glance, or a conceived idea. It's the original viral advertising. What begins as a small and almost insignificant thing, grows almost instantly until people can't stop talking about it."

That's what RUMOR is all about. Taking the highly creative reputation built since 1995, and moving forward with more energy and focus than ever before. Intentionally different than the traditional advertising agency, RUMOR has maximized creative resources and cut all the levels of management bureaucracy—all to deliver the most effective creative more efficiently. Their clients appreciate that.

RUMOR is a full service advertising agency based in Salt Lake City. Services include broadcast and print advertising and production, corporate identity, brand strategy, packaging, web design (with full database integration), as well as the whole gamut of graphic design services.

As part of RUMOR's growth and plans for the future, they have moved their offices to a newly renovated building on 455 north 400 west in Salt Lake City.

It's advertising and design with word-of-mouth appeal.
